Terms of Service
Last updated: April 9, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Tire Dose website or scheduling our mobile tire repair and roadside assistance services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Tire Dose provides mobile tire repair, tire installation, flat tire repair, emergency roadside tire assistance, and commercial truck tire services throughout New Jersey, New York City's five boroughs, and Philadelphia, PA. Service is provided at the customer's location — on the roadside, at home, at work, or at a commercial facility.
2. Service Area & Availability
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Response times vary based on location, time of day, and technician availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area or in situations that pose a safety risk to our technicians.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices for services are quoted at the time of the service request. Final pricing may vary depending on the specific tire, labor required, and location. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as communicated by your technician.
4. Safety & Liability Disclaimer
Important Safety Notice: Tire repairs performed on the roadside involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for their personal safety during service, including standing clear of traffic and ensuring their vehicle is in a stable, safe position before our technician arrives. Tire Dose is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions, improper vehicle use after service, or road hazards encountered after service is completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tire Dose's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Warranty on Services
We stand behind our work. Tire installations and repairs are guaranteed against defects in our workmanship. Tire manufacturer warranties apply separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of service and are subject to our technician's inspection.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a service request by calling us at (862) 406-6404 before a technician is dispatched. If a technician has already been dispatched and is en route, a trip fee may apply.
