Our Story
BORN AND BASED IN NEW JERSEY
Tire Dose was founded in New Jersey by a team that grew up watching drivers — families, truckers, delivery workers — stranded on the shoulder with no good options. Calling a tow truck for a flat tire made no sense. Waiting 90 minutes for a AAA truck that might not even carry your tire size made no sense.
So we built something better. A fully equipped mobile tire service that dispatches immediately, carries actual tire stock, and handles the full job on-site — repair or replacement — for cars, SUVs, and commercial trucks alike. No tow, no shop, no waiting room.
We started with a focus on New Jersey highways — the Turnpike, I-78, I-95 — where tire emergencies are both common and dangerous. We grew into NYC's five boroughs and the Philadelphia metro area because the need was the same everywhere: people stuck with no good local option.
Today, Tire Dose is the mobile tire service that NJ drivers, fleet managers, and trucking companies call first. We're a local operation with deep roots in the communities we serve — and we answer every call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our technicians hold ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification relevant to tire and wheel service. ASE certification is the recognized national standard for automotive service professionals — it means our techs have demonstrated knowledge and hands-on competency in tire repair, mounting, balancing, and wheel service.
Licensed Mobile Tire Service
Tire Dose operates as a licensed mobile tire service in the state of New Jersey. We maintain all applicable business licenses and registrations required to operate as a mobile automotive service provider. Fleet clients and commercial operators can request our licensing documentation on file.

DOT Compliance Knowledge
Our technicians are trained on FMCSA tire regulations for commercial motor vehicles — including tread depth requirements (4/32" steer, 2/32" other), RMA/TIA repair standards, and steer tire repair criteria. Fleet managers can rely on our work meeting DOT compliance requirements, with documentation available on request.
Proper Repair Methods Only
We follow RMA and TIA approved repair procedures exclusively — internal patch-plug combination repairs, never external plug-only repairs. Every tire we touch is assessed honestly: if it can be repaired safely, we repair it. If it can't, we tell you and replace it. No shortcuts, no liability-creating temporary fixes.
Highway Safety Trained
All technicians are trained in highway shoulder safety protocols — proper vehicle positioning, deployment of reflective cones and safety triangles, high-visibility gear, and safe work zone procedures. Our highway safety standards protect you, our technicians, and other motorists on every roadside call.
