Park on a stable, reasonably level surface with room around the vehicle. A driveway or accessible private lot is usually easier than a narrow curbside space.
Review the quote and appointment
Confirm tire availability, labor, mounting, balancing, disposal, taxes, and any travel or access charges before dispatch.
Let the technician inspect the vehicle
The technician checks the wheels, existing tires, valve stems, TPMS concerns, and any condition that could affect installation.
Have the four tires mounted and balanced
The service vehicle supplies the equipment to remove the old tires, mount the new set, inflate them, and balance the wheels as agreed.
Complete the handoff safely
Review the tire pressures, lug torque or recheck instructions, removed-tire disposal, and any follow-up recommended for the vehicle.
If the driveway is steep, crowded, dark, or exposed to moving traffic, tell the provider before arrival. A different location may be needed so the installation is safe for the customer and technician.
